Introducing the Missouri School of LAY Ministry
Imagine how the effectiveness of your local church ministries would multiply if trained and equipped men and women led those ministries.
The Missouri School of Ministry (MSOM) desires to come alongside the local church to provide biblical and theological training for local church leaders.
The new Lay Ministry Track offered by MSOM will equip local church leaders such as deacons, youth leaders, children's workers, and small group leaders with the biblical and theological training they need to provide effective leadership in the local church.
The Lay Ministry Track features three levels of study with four courses in each level:
Beginning Level
-
Christ in the Synoptic Gospels
-
Introduction to Pentecostal Doctrine
-
Acts: The Holy Spirit at Work in Believers
-
The Prison Epistles

-

-

Advanced Level

Students do not have to complete courses in the order listed, but must complete all courses in a given level to receive a certificate of completion. If students complete the entire course of study they will receive a diploma recognizing their accomplishment.
The program requires one month of study per class before class day and one class day per course. On class day the students receive instruction and complete their final exam.
